Our operations are built on total transparency and strict adherence to international regulations:
- Lacey Act Compliant: Full chain of custody and legal origin guaranteed.
- IBAMA Authorized: Sourced exclusively from certified sustainable forest management plans.
- USDA Inspected: Fully compliant with all phytosanitary requirements.
4. Partner Benefits
- Unmatched Stability: The 6% MC target, along with the stress-relieved alignment of the blank, eliminates the primary concern for installers in dry climates.
- Aesthetic Versatility: Uniform grain and light tones that offer excellent workability for custom staining.
- Generational Value: A true 100-year solid wood product that increases long-term property equity.
- Wholesale Support: Exclusive discounts for volume purchases and territory-protected sales opportunities.
5. The Technical Edge: Stress-Relieved & S4S Aligned
Leveraging our decades of manufacturing experience, we have implemented a secondary alignment process to solve the stability issues common in 7-inch solid planks:
- Low-Tension Drying: All material is kiln-dried to a strict 5.7% to 6.3% MC.
- Post-Kiln S4S Alignment: Unlike commodity suppliers, we perform a dedicated S4S (Surfaced on 4 Sides) blanking process after the wood leaves the kiln.
- The 11/16" Precision Profile: We intentionally sacrifice fiber volume during this blanking stage to remove the “memory” of the wood (cupping/bowing). This results in a perfectly straight, stress-relieved 11/16" profile that installs flatter and remains more stable than standard 3/4" products.
