Upon arrival in the U.S., every shipment is subject to thorough review by U.S. Customs and the USDA under the Lacey Act before it reaches our customers.

Our Proprietary Drying Process

This meticulous process ensures you receive the most consistent, high-quality flooring from project to project. It begins with precise tree and log selection according to IBAMA specifications. The logs are then sawn into exact widths and thicknesses, air-dried, and placed into our massive dry kilns. Our proprietary kiln-drying schedule — perfected over many years — can take several weeks and is exclusive to our manufacturing partners. No other processors have access to this unique drying method.
